Error proof assembly techniques and fixtures
are used whenever possible and extensive worker
training are employed. But, ad many companies
have found, inspections is still an important
part of manufacturing in China and we take
advantage of inspection to ensure we ship
only products that meet our customer¡¦s requirements.
Depending upon our
customer¡¦s specifications, Solidex can provide
up to 100% on-line quality control of drivers,
systems and amplifiers and provide accompanying
documentation and certification. Additionally,
complete outgoing Quality Audit procedures
are used and can be modified based upon
customer requirements to any AQL level.
Many of our factories are ISO9000 and/or
QS9000 certified and can produce all the
necessary quality documentation required.
Finally, we work with our
customers to solve field quality issues
that might arise, design improvements and
quality enhancements that may be required
during the life of a product.
All customers are welcome
to do walk-through factory audits of any
Solidex factory. Solidex has a long history
