Customer liaison staff in China, Taiwan, the
United States and Europe to ensure a smooth,
efficient and fast response to our customer¡¦s
needs and requests. Regardless of the request,
be it documentation, quotations or engineering
data, we have the team and commitment to get
if done.
Getting your shipment to
the harbor or airport in a timely manner
is very important. Solidex maintains a Hong
Kong office to provide logistical control
of products leaving China. Subcomponents
that are shipped to other factories in China
are handled by our China office. Solidex
logistics staff are experts in the movement
of freight and materials-your product is
in good hands with Solidex.
Customer Service extends
past the day the product leaves our factory.
Solidex continues to work with their customer
on shipping issues beyond our control, design
improvements and warranty issues.
